With over 20 years of experience as an educator, mentor, and instructional leader, I have dedicated my career to helping students thrive in both general education and special education by continuously serving as a member of both General Education and ARD Committees, addressing specific individual needs and student growth.
In addition, I have been an advocate by supporting teachers in their professional growth, focusing on the many aspects of educating young minds.
My journey has taken me through a wide range of roles—from English and CTE teacher to Dean of Student Culture, ESL Coordinator, and campus mentor across several Texas school districts.
Most recently, I served as Dean of Student Culture at Harmony School of Innovation in Katy, where I also led ESL programming and professional development for faculty.
Prior to that, I spent over a decade in Clear Creek and Pasadena ISDs designing work-based learning programs, building partnerships with local businesses, and preparing students for college and career success.
I hold a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lamar University and multiple Texas State Board of Educator certifications including Principal, ESL, Special Education, and T TESS Appraiser. Now retired from the classroom and public school, I remain passionate about education and am exploring new opportunities to make an impact—whether through consulting, mentoring, or public service.
